I read everything, and I reply to most things, though not always quickly — this site is written alongside a normal life, and the time difference doesn't help.
Particularly welcome
- Corrections. If something here is factually wrong, tell me and I'll fix it and note the change.
- Questions about something you've read. If an article left something unclear, that's usually a problem with the article, and the answer often becomes a new section.
- Requests. If there's something about Japanese homes or daily life you've never found a straight answer to, I'd like to hear it.
Less welcome
I don't accept guest posts, paid link placements, or sponsored articles, and I don't sell links on this site. Emails offering these will not get a reply.
Brands and makers are welcome to get in touch, but any product I write about is chosen and paid for on the same terms as anything else here.
